BIO-KLEAN is a specially formulated microbial product, designed
to enhance the biodegradation of municipal aerobic

efficiently biodegrade fat, oil protein, starch, sugar and flour,
In the environment
of an aerobic biological wastewater treatment plant. These bacteria
include
member of Bacillus subtillis, which have been grown in pure
culture, harvested
and blended in a selected combination. Each species of bacteria
has a high
growth rate and is able to become a dominant member within the
biomass.
Free enzymes are also present in BIO-KLEAN. They provide the
initial stimulus
for microbial activity by generating partially degraded substrates,
which
induce further enzyme production by bacteria, for completion
of the degradation
pathways. |
When introduced into a wastewater treatment plant these bacteria,
can rapidly influence the biomass of the system and
improve the performance of the plant. Bacteria and enzymes in BIO-KLEAN
perform within a pH range of 6.0-9.0 with the
optimum near 7.0 Oprimum temperature is 27-37 oC.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
1. New operation wastewater treatment system: recommends to use
BIO-KLEAN 5-10 ppm to aeration pond’s volume.
2. During operation: recommends to use BIO-KLEAN 2-3 ppm influnce.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Activate BIO-KLEAN by soaking 1 kg. Of dried culture in 40 L of
water. Soak for at least 4 hours with aeration. Apply
slurry into the aeration pond by using occasional or continuous
pump
NOTE:
Application of chemical disinfectant is avoided whenBIO-KLEAN is
in use.
Dosage may decrease or increase depending on water quality of influence
and efficiency of water treatment system.
